PEANUT GLAZED TOFU SAUTE WITH BABY BOK CHOY (GF)

This menu item is Gluten Free! Peanut-butter lovers, rejoice! Our crispy tofu is baked not fried, and after being tossed in a 5-ingredient peanut glaze, it will leave you salivating for days! Served over brown rice, our peanut-glazed tofu is sautéed with bok choy and topped with crushed peanuts for a complete plant-based meal that’s also gluten free. Enjoy it with a side of crunch lemon garlic roasted cauliflower, a good source of protein, thiamin, magnesium and more!
